An alien from outer space, a group of teenage skateboarders, and a threat to the world combine in this action-packed science-fiction romp. Unfortunately the teenage skaters aren't too hot at their chosen pursuit. But help is at hand in the shape of pro-skater Jason Ellis (playing himself), who hands them over to Skip (David Millbern) for training, who insists that his son joins them in their quest for improvement. His son turns out to be the blue-skinned Zolar, who the kids mistakenly believe is from another country, when in fact he's from another planet. Plenty of action ensues, including a kidnap attempt on Zolar by some fellow aliens, and an appearance by former teen star C.
