Joseph Blasioli's gripping documentary THE LAST ROUND chronicles the legendary bout between Muhammad Ali and a little-known Canadian boxer whom the Greatest dubbed the toughest man he ever fought. George Chuvalo was born to immigrant parents and raised in a working-class Toronto neighborhood but harbored lifelong dreams of becoming world champion. After devastating losses to Ernie Terrell and Floyd Patterson, Chuvalo was poised to fight Ali--who had public struggles of his own after converting to Islam and refusing the Vietnam draft--at Toronto's Maple Leaf Gardens on March 29, 1966.
