This film spans a year in the life of top NASCAR driver Rusty Wallace, both during races and out from behind the steering wheel. Wallace was victorious in the Winston Cup Championship in 1989, has been runner-up several times, and has won over 30 million dollars racing. He's also a jet-rated aviator, owns a few planes and a helicopter, and maintains that he'd be a commercial airline pilot if not for racing.
