Stan is the owner of The Boys favorite bar, as well as their hockey coach. When he falls deep into debt with a tough mafioso, his only choices for payback are having his kneecaps smashed or giving up his bar. Instead, he comes up with a plan: he'll clear his debt with a hockey game. Afraid of frightening his team, he doesn't tell them of the game's heightened significance.
